6 Questions to ask when choosing your estate agent

Congratulations!  You’ve decided to put your home up for sale.  Now you have the difficult choice in deciding which estate agents to ask out. No doubt you eager to know how much your home is worth.  But which agent do you choose to sell it?  The one which values it the highest?  The one which charges least?  Or maybe the one which you feel most confident with?

Make your ceilings feel higher with drapes Full length drapes

Hanging floor to ceiling curtains can really give your home a luxury look.  I’ve done this several times before (it was a tip given to me an interior designer) and it works. Remember to hang the curtains as close to the ceiling as possible and allow them to hang just above the floor.

Why being nice is no longer good enough!

Primary School

When I was at primary school my teacher banned the word nice.  She informed us all that the word nice was no longer good enough.  She told us that everything and everyone was nice, even down to a make of biscuit.  We had to find different describing words.  The word nice was banned.  It’s something I have never forgotten.
